These terms apply to anyone who reads or uses the Private Jet Charter Pendleton website. We are based in Pendleton, Indiana, and this site exists to explain the aircraft categories we arrange and how to reach us. By using the site, you agree to the terms on this page.

The Site Is Informational

Nothing on this website is a booking, a contract or a binding price. Pages describe turboprop, light jet, midsize, super-midsize and heavy jet charter, along with empty leg flights, in general terms. Cabin sizes, range figures and typical uses are descriptions of aircraft classes, not promises about a specific tail number on a specific date.

You cannot reserve a flight or pay through this site, and there are no accounts or online checkout here. Every trip starts with a phone conversation with us.

Quotes Happen by Phone

Your quote comes from talking with us directly at (765) 678-1833. A quote reflects the route, departure time, passenger count, baggage, aircraft availability and operator pricing on the day it is given. Because those inputs change, a quote is valid only for the terms stated during that call and any written confirmation that follows it. A trip is booked only once you accept the quote and the written charter agreement for that flight.

Aircraft and Operators

Flights are flown by separate air carriers that hold their own operating authority. Each operator sets its own rules for safety, baggage limits, pets, onboard equipment and cancellations, and those rules govern your flight. Your charter agreement will name the operator and spell out the terms that apply to your trip.

Accuracy and Updates

We work to keep the information here correct, but aircraft specifications, offers and availability change. We may edit, add or remove content at any time without notice. If something on the site differs from what we tell you on the phone or put in writing, the phone conversation and written agreement control.

Limits on Our Responsibility

The website is provided as it is. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content instead of a confirmed quote, or for interruptions, errors or outages affecting the site itself. Responsibility for an actual flight is set out in its charter agreement, not on this page.

You agree not to copy the site's text for commercial use, misuse its pages or try to interfere with how it runs.
